By using Dumbbellflow, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

2. Service Description

Dumbbellflow is a gym management platform providing member management, payment processing, and operational tools. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing with advance notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund information.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of data you input. You grant us license to process it for service delivery. You're responsible for data accuracy, legality, and obtaining necessary member consents.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use Dumbbellflow for illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or violate others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Dumbbellflow owns all software, designs, and content (excluding your data). You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dumbbellflow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.
